Essenti\u00eble witte stof banen in de aansturing van motoriek zijn de corticospinale banen. De corticospinale banen starten in de cortex en zijn dan te volgen tot in het ruggenmerg en bestaan uit deze onderdelen (dorsaal naar ventraal): corona radiata, capsula interna, cerebrale peduncles en pyramidale kruising in de medulla oblongata. <\/span><\/p><p><br \/><span style=\"color: #808080\">o Cortoicospinale banen (wit): Kneed twee brede &#8216;waaiers&#8217; (corona radiata), die overgaan in een smallere driehoek (capsula interna) en een lange buis (cerebrale peduncles). Steek de &#8216;langgerekte waaier&#8217; voorzichtig van lateraal naar mediaal tussen de nucleus caudatus en hippocampus. De corona radiata steekt uit dorsaal van het laterale ventrikel. De cerebrale peduncles vormen de basis van de hersenstam en duw deze rondom het acquaduct van Sylvius en 4e ventrikel.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #808080\">o Substantia nigra (blauw): Kneed
